Nuorish delivers healthy, ready-to-eat meals straight to your door. Choose your meals, select your portion sizes, and customise them to fit your dietary needs. We take care of the prep so you can focus on enjoying nutritious food.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UK. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, simply enter your postcode at checkout, and we’ll let you know.
What makes Nuorish meals different?

How long do the meals last?
Our meals are fresh and last between 3-5 days when stored in the fridge. Some meals are also freezer-friendly, and we’ll indicate this in the product details.

Absolutely! We offer options for different dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, high-protein, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals. Just use our filter system to find meals that fit your preferences.
How do I store and reheat my meals?
Each meal comes with simple storage and reheating instructions. Most meals can be heated in the microwave within 2-3 minutes, while some can also be oven-heated for the best taste.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
Yes! Our packaging is designed to be eco-friendly, using recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible. We’re constantly working to improve our sustainability efforts.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We get to work on preparing your meals as soon as you place an order, so cancellations and modifications are only possible within the first hour after ordering. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
