Known for his ability to turn complex challenges into opportunities, he’s also passionate about health, fitness, and football, dedicating time to coaching kids and inspiring the next generation.

Charlie
With a background in social care, Charlie is passionate about supporting those facing addiction and mental health challenges. Raised in restaurants, she developed a deep love for food and community. A busy mum of three, she’s committed to giving back and building meaningful connections.

Shane
Boasting a 20 year career in design and marketing, and having owned restaurants, Shane ensures every brand interaction reflects our values. Shane is passionate about giving back, and launched a food-delivery service for the vunerable during COVID. He also dedicates time to coaching kids’ football.
HEAD CHEF
Elliot
Elliot has a decade of culinary and health experience with a background in swimming, personal training and football. His passion for health and attention to detail drives the development of Nuorish's menu, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and flavour.
